GOLDA is the sole owner of the website https://www.goldagift.com , which offers for sale handmade jewelry combined with a personalized musical dedication (hereinafter: the "Products").
Use of the site is subject to these terms and conditions and constitutes consent on the part of the user (hereinafter: "the customer") to all the terms detailed therein. These terms and conditions are worded in the masculine form for convenience only, and apply equally to both genders.

Purchase on the website:

Purchases on the site are permitted only for those aged 18 and over or with the permission of a legal guardian.

Placing an order on the site constitutes a full commitment on the part of the customer to all the conditions specified in the regulations.

After placing the order and making full payment, a confirmation will be sent to the customer by email, and the order will be processed accordingly.

The purchase is made using a form that includes full personal details, payment details, and in the case of a musical dedication – filling out a dedicated content form.

Musical dedication:

The dedication poem is constructed in a personal and unique manner according to information provided by the customer on the order form.

The dedication cannot be canceled or changed after production begins – including lyrics, style, melody or recording or anything related to it.

Supply and deliveries:

The only delivery option is home delivery at a cost of 35 NIS.

Orders over 499 NIS will be shipped free of shipping cost.

Self-collection is not possible.

There are no international deliveries at this time.

Delivery times:

Regular jewelry: Up to 5 business days from the date of shipment.

Jewelry with a musical dedication: 7–10 business days from the date of shipment.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they can be contacted for coordination.

Cancellations and Returns:

You can cancel a transaction and return a regular product (without a musical dedication) within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and is in its original packaging.

A cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS will be charged - whichever is lower.

Shipping fees paid are non-refundable.

It is not possible to return or cancel a purchase of jewelry with a musical dedication or jewelry that is custom-made, in accordance with Section 14(c) of the Consumer Protection Law.

In the event of a product defect, please contact us within 3 business days with documentation. After inspection, a replacement product will be sent.

Refunds will be made via cash credit only.
