At GOLDA, we strive for reliable service, complete transparency, and a personalized experience. However, there are cases where a product can be returned or a transaction can be canceled โ as detailed below:
๐ Returning products โ when is it possible?
Jewelry without a musical dedication can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product , provided that it has not been used and has been kept in its original and complete packaging .
The refund will only be made after the product has been inspected and found to be in good condition and unusable.
The refund will be transferred within 7 business days from the date the product is received for inspection.
Cancellation fees will be charged at a rate of 5% or 100 NIS โ whichever is lower .
Shipping fees paid are not refundable .
โ Products that cannot be returned or canceled
Jewelry with a personal musical dedication โ Since this is a customized product, it is not possible to return or cancel the transaction, in accordance with Section 14(c) of the Consumer Protection Law.
Jewelry made according to the customer's request (for example, according to a special size, color, name, etc.).
Jewelry that has been used or damaged after purchase.

Oh, that's not what we meant!
If something is wrong with the jewelry that arrived to you, we will be happy to take care of it.
Contact us within 3 business days of receiving the shipment, with documentation (photo or video), and we will review the request as soon as possible.
If necessary, we will send you a replacement product โ exactly as you ordered.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund money or receive a credit in such a case - but we are here to ensure that you receive a complete and perfect piece of jewelry.
Please note: Each return or cancellation request will be reviewed on its merits, and the company reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet the above conditions.

๐ Product Returns - When Is It Possible?
Jewelry without a musical dedication may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

The item has not been used.

It remains in its original, complete packaging
The return will be processed only after the item is inspected and confirmed to be undamaged and unused .
A refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date the item is received for inspection.
A cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) will be deducted.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
โ Products That Cannot Be Returned or Canceled

Jewelry that includes a personalized musical dedication , as it is a custom-made item.
(In accordance with Section 14(c) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law) -
Jewelry made to customer specifications (eg, custom sizes, colors, names, etc.)

Oh no - that's not what we intended!
If something is wrong with the item you received, we're here to help.
Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the order, including photo or video documentation.
We'll review your request promptly.
If necessary, we'll send you a replacement item identical to your original order .
Please note: refunds or credit card reimbursements are not available in this case โ
but we are fully committed to making sure you receive a complete and perfect product.
Important: Each return or cancellation request will be reviewed individually.
GOLDA reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions.
