מדיניות החזרות וביטול עסקה – GOLDA

ב-GOLDA אנחנו מקפידים על שירות אמין, שקיפות מלאה וחוויה אישית. יחד עם זאת, ישנם מקרים בהם מתאפשרת החזרת מוצר או ביטול עסקה – בהתאם לפירוט הבא:

🛍 החזרת מוצרים – מתי זה אפשרי?

תכשיטים ללא הקדשה מוזיקלית ניתן להחזיר תוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת המוצר, בתנאי שלא נעשה בהם שימוש והם נשמרו באריזתם המקורית והשלמה.

ההחזר יתבצע רק לאחר שהמוצר ייבדק ויימצא תקין ובלתי שמיש.

ההחזר הכספי יועבר תוך 7 ימי עסקים ממועד קבלת המוצר לבדיקה.

ייגבו דמי ביטול בשיעור 5% או 100 ש"ח – הנמוך מביניהם.

דמי משלוח ששולמו אינם מוחזרים.

❌ מוצרים שלא ניתן להחזיר או לבטל

תכשיטים עם הקדשה מוזיקלית אישית – מאחר ומדובר במוצר בהתאמה אישית, אין אפשרות להחזיר או לבטל את העסקה, בהתאם לסעיף 14(ג) לחוק הגנת הצרכן.

תכשיטים שיוצרו לפי בקשת הלקוח (למשל לפי מידה מיוחדת, צבע, שם וכד').

תכשיטים שנעשה בהם שימוש או שנפגמו לאחר הקנייה.

🛠 פגם במוצר?

אוי, זה לא מה שהתכוונו! 
אם משהו לא תקין בתכשיט שהגיע אליכם – נשמח לטפל בזה.
פנו אלינו תוך 3 ימי עסקים מרגע קבלת המשלוח, עם תיעוד (צילום או סרטון), ונבדוק את הפנייה בהקדם.

במידת הצורך, נשלח לכם מוצר חלופי – בדיוק כמו שהזמנתם.
לצערנו, לא ניתן להחזיר כסף או לקבל זיכוי באשראי במקרה כזה – אך אנחנו פה לדאוג שתקבלו תכשיט שלם ומושלם.

שימו לב: כל בקשת החזרה או ביטול תיבחן לגופה, והחברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לסרב לבקשות שאינן עומדות בתנאים הנ"ל.

Returns & Cancellation Policy – GOLDA

At GOLDA, we are committed to reliable service, full transparency, and a personal customer experience.
In certain cases, it is possible to return a product or cancel a transaction, as detailed below:

🛍 Product Returns – When Is It Possible?

Jewelry without a musical dedication may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The item has not been used

  • It remains in its original, complete packaging

The return will be processed only after the item is inspected and confirmed to be undamaged and unused.

A refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date the item is received for inspection.

A cancellation fee of 5% or 100₪ (whichever is lower) will be deducted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

❌ Products That Cannot Be Returned or Canceled

  • Jewelry that includes a personalized musical dedication, as it is a custom-made item.
    (In accordance with Section 14(c) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law)

  • Jewelry made to customer specifications (e.g., custom sizes, colors, names, etc.)

  • Jewelry that has been used or damaged after purchase

🛠 Received a Damaged Item?

Oh no – that’s not what we intended!
If something is wrong with the item you received, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the order, including photo or video documentation.
We’ll review your request promptly.

If necessary, we’ll send you a replacement item identical to your original order.
Please note: refunds or credit card reimbursements are not available in this case –
but we are fully committed to making sure you receive a complete and perfect product.

Important: Each return or cancellation request will be reviewed individually.
GOLDA reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions.
